Charlene spent 6 years of her professional career as a successful recruiter, working at a variety of companies ranging from startups to global firms. She has always had an interest in the real estate industry and decided to make a career change in 2016. She joined a top producing real estate team at Keller Williams on the Peninsula, as an Executive Assistant. She supported the team’s CEO and founder assisting her with listing preparation, client relations, vendor management, and operations. In 2018 Charlene received her sales license and brought her knowledge and experience in San Francisco to The Mary Macpherson Team, serving their clients from San Francisco to the Peninsula and Marin County. In 2022 Charlene joined the top producing Marin team, McCarthy & Moe as an agent.

Charlene is a Bay Area native who grew up in Half Moon Bay. Before moving to Marin in 2020, Charlene lived in San Francisco for over 15 years. Charlene enjoys exploring different neighborhoods, restaurants and enjoying the outdoors with her husband, two young daughters, and their highly energetic cattle dog, Stevie. She attended San Francisco State University and graduated with a bachelor's degree in communication and a minor in marketing.
