After listing with the team we communicated by our preferred channel - text and email - and had regular updates but didn't feel bombarded. We opted for them to manage renovations and basically everything, all we did was approve their plans. This was perfect as it allowed us to focus on moving and not worry at all about how the house was being marketed. In our downturned market we had a sale above asking and the whole process took less than two months from meeting them to money in our bank - including renovations and marketing. It was speedy, efficient and got us what we wanted for the house. McCarthy Moe Group, especially Charlene, were a joy to work with. Fast, knowledgeable, helpful, positive, humble and very kind with their time. They were able to walk us through form filling without getting frustrated when we didn't understand or asked a lot of questions - which is truly saintly given how many questions we asked and how little we felt we knew!
